How does master keying work?

Master keying works by having as man y different locks you want operating on a different key and then you will have one key called a master key that also opens every lock. 

You can also have sub masters where you may want a lower master key that only opens a selection of locks like a supervisors key but some locks they cannot open, ie if you are managing a few different properties and of multi occupancy and all the locks in that building operate off a different key, the sub master or the person managing that property can open every lock in that building but cant open any of the locks in any other buildings you manage but the grand master key will  open all.

Another option is to just have a simple keyed alike suite where you don't have a master key but all the locks on your property operates off one key so that you do not have to carry a bunch of keys around.

Masterkeying and keyed alike are offered on a standard anti snap cylinders or high security 3 star cylinders.
